If you exercise before WBC, the reduction in inflammation will allow you to experience increased energy and faster recovery. If you exercise after WBC, you will experience a higher pain tolerance and more energy.
IS IT COMFORTABLE?
During WBC, the body is exposed to ultra-low temperatures (-100°C to -150°C) cooling the skins surface temporarily. This triggers a systemic anti-inflammatory response that activates organs, muscles, joints, and skin to naturally heal and repair themselves. The result is a dramatic increase in circulation, metabolism, tissue repair, detoxification, and immune function.
