HOTWORX is a virtually instructed exercise program created for users to experience the many benefits of infrared heat absorption, while completing a 30-minute isometric workout or 15-min High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session. Infrared heat penetrates your body causing you to SWEAT & DETOX. Isometric postures accelerate detoxification by physically removing the toxins from your organs through muscle contraction. The results our users achieve make HOTWORX one of the most efficient 30-minute workout programs in the fitness and beauty industry today!

THE HEAT– When your core body temperature rises, there is an anabolic effect that speeds up your metabolism. 
THE INFRARED– Infrared energy has the effect of strengthening and activating the regenerative processes in the human body. This is why workouts in an infrared energy environment can help to accelerate workout recovery.
THE EXERCISE– Two forms of exercise work very well inside of the infrared sauna- Isometrics and HIIT. With isometrics, a variety of methods can be used, such as yoga and pilates. With HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), a short 15-minute routine with a cycle will provide just the right amount of workout results when combined with heat and infrared energy.

HOT ISO– 14 Isometric compression postures divided into 3 phases: Launch Phase, Flight Phase, and Landing Phase.
HOT PILATES– Intense core workout while focusing on centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow.
HOT YOGA– Burn massive amounts of calories and detox while combining the effects of traditional yoga and infrared heat. 
HOT BUNS– Focus on the Glutes + Core.  Very intense and will get your butt in shape!
HOT ROLL- Self-Myofascial Release of trigger points, eliminating knots and muscle tension via Foam Roller.
HOT CORE– Core training + Myofascial release via use of foam roller.  Focused on abdominal, hip, and lower back work.  Self administered deep tissue massage.  Accelerate workout recovery and reduce the appearance of cellulite.
HOT WARRIOR- Accelerated Hot Iso designed for athletes.  Less time to rest between postures.  Great for athletic training recovery.  
HOT ZEN– Meditate while watching relaxing scenes and listening to calming music.

15 Minutes, High Intensity Interval Training, Up to 2 Users per Class, Multiple Classes to choose from.

HOT CYCLE– HIIT Cycle Session. Great for a quick HIIT workout while detoxing in the infrared sauna.
